clinical Aromatherapist, Seichem & Reiki Master/Practitioner, Reflexologist, Indian Head Massage. I started her Journey as a therapist in 1999, having always had interest in wild flowers and Aromatherapy oils, she started with body massage and was attuned to Reiki 1, due to being pregnant I did Reflexology, followed by Reiki level 2 in march 2001 asmy best friend was diagnosed with terminal cancer, so I wanted to use the symbols for more energy, she loved it and said it was better than any pain relief she had been given , sadly passed away in 2001.I carried on with my training doing Aromatheropy and IHM, I started volunteering at the well women centre and with their help I did my did my level 5 Clinical Aromatherapy, this elped me to work in New Hall prison on the mental health and substance misuse wings helping improve the well being of the girls inside, Also did sessional work at Lifeline in Huddersfield & Dewbury again working with substance & misuse, I have enjoyed helping women and ,men from all walks of life. I left well women centre in 2017 and have done my therapies at trinity since them and look forward to doing more at Hocus..

Wendy offers treatments at Hocus Reiki , Chakra Balance ,breathwork sessions for groups and also 1-1, meditation sessions again group bookings. wendy also is a tarot card reader , wendy has been a practitioner in her field for many years ,being a holistic healer , providing Healing Therapies such as massage ,Reiki and tarot , in our fast - paced world, its easy to feel disconnected from ourselves and the healing powers within

Arzu began her physiotherapy journey in Turkieye before making leeds her home in 2004,with a passion for helping people rebuild their lives after neurological conditions, she has trained extensively in the Bobath Concept , upper limb Rehabilitation, and A quatic Physiotherapy.
she has a special interest in spinal cord injuries, stroke, parkinson's Disease, and Multiple Sclerosis rehabilitation, in addition t her specialist training ,. Arzu completed a Level 4 Diploma in strength and Conditioning in July 2021, enhancing her expertise in Functional recovery., most recently, im July 2025, she completed part A of Mechanical Diagnosis and therapy (MDT) with the Mckenzie Institute International to support patients with low back problems.
Beyond Physiotherapy ,Arzu is a proud mum of two and a keen salsa dancer - she believes in staying active and bringing warmth , positivity , and energy to everything she does .

I have been a therapist since 2009,and have a particular interest in mental health and well being trauma recovery and pain relief, i am fully qualified and insured to practice with The Society of Homeopaths, The Guild of Holistic Therapists and the International Federation of Professional Aromatherapy , therapies I offer are ; Massage to help to release stress and tension hat has accumulated in the muscles .Indian Head Massage, this works on the head, face, neck and shoulders, A variety of kneading and compression movement used, Hot Stones Massage ,I use heat to help release muscle tension , heat is also soothing for variety of aches and pains.Deep Tissue Massage,reliees pain and work on knots to release tension ,deep slow massage is used. Aromatherapy with essential oils enhance the effect of the massage .Homeopathy, a form of Holistic Medicine based on principle of treat like for like . i also offer Chakra Balancing, seven energy theory using essential oils and crystals, Manual Lympth Drainage consists of gentle rhythmic movements for promoting the optimal functioning of the Lymphatic vessel .Myofascial Rlease within fascial network,which can helpto increase energy ,Colour Therapy non invasive therapy consultation, followed by colour card read read, crystals , oils and remedies. I am a tutor for Gentle Touch Therapy ,Training College, Wellbeig and Beauty Training Courses including Practitioner Diploma.
